5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY 
FOR ARTIFICIAL NON-LIT CHRISTMAS TREES
I Love Christmas warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
 
1. For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, I Love Christmas will replace defective parts on the product at no charge except for shipping and handling.
2. The limited warranty applies to all components of the product.
3. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.
 
To Obtain Warranty Service: You must notify I Love Christmas by mail, of the nature of the defect and enclose a copy of the original sales receipt.

Replacement as provided by the warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer and does not place I Love Christmas liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
 
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.

SECURITY AND PAYMENTS

As listed in the right hand column on each page we use Paymex as our secure payment gateway, our checkout and cart pages are hosted on a secure server and all payments are processed by Paymex through their series of firewalls and a secure payment gateway. Please refer through to the Paymex site if you have any queries with regards to secure online credit card transactions.

If you prefer not to use a credit card online please contact us and we can arrange an alternative method of payment (direct credit etc).

PRIVACY

I Love Christmas respects your privacy and will treat your information as confidential. We will not supply information to any other companies.
 
The only exceptions to the above will be when it is deemed necessary to supply the information to a third party who is acting as an agent for I Love Christmas and the information given is considered a requirement for them to carry out their service, i.e. Couriers, banks etc.
 
The only other time information will be supplied is if we are requested to provide the information for any government based agency.
 
Be assured that your details will be kept secure and no other party will harass you for business as a result of obtaining your details directly from us.

FREE DELIVERY AND INSURANCE

Freight and insurance for New Zealand customers in New Zealand is FREE.
 
Free delivery applies to non-sale tree orders only. Sale items are subject to a $25.00 GST inclusive freight and handling fee.
 
In most instances delivery within New Zealand will be made by Canterbury Express or Fastway Couriers and they will require a signature for receipt of the parcel. We are unable to ship to Post Office Box addresses. We will require a physical address. We DO NOT ship our artificial christmas trees via mail delivery.

I Love Christmas has insurance cover for all items sent by carriers from the time it leaves our care until the order is received and signed for.
 
Deliveries will be made ex Christchurch during any week days Monday to Friday.
 
If an item is out of stock we will contact you before any amount is deducted from your credit card, allowing you to make a different purchase. Should we discover an item is out of stock after your card has been debited, we will arrange to credit your credit card.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately.
 
We will gladly take it back, "Freight Prepaid" by you, within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked, for full credit on your credit card or credit towards another tree of your choice. Please call or email us for a return authorisation number. A credit will be issued to your credit card within thirty (30) days once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
 
A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for any tree returned.
 
Any tree purchased before Christmas cannot be returned, exchanged or price adjusted after Christmas.
