Q: How do we measure the height of a tree?
A: All of our Christmas trees are measured in the stand from the floor to the top of the top branch.

Q: If a tree is 62" wide, is that diameter or circumference?
A: It is the diameter. The width of our Christmas trees is measured across the bottom or the widest part, from side to side or front to back (the diameter of the widest part).

Q: Do I get a stand with the tree?
A: Every Christmas tree includes a stand suited for its height and weight.

Q: Do you supply storage boxes for the trees?
A: You can store your Christmas tree in the box it is delivered in.

Q: Do you include extra bulbs and fuses with the trees?
A: We include spare bulbs; spare fuses are in the plugs.

Q: If I light the Christmas tree myself, can I use larger bulbs.
A: Yes, you can.

Q: What do you mean when you say, "shape a tree"?
A: You can bend the branch up tips to narrow the profile or down to make a little extra room for that especially large ornament, this depends on the look you like or if you are cramped for space.

Q: Are your Christmas trees flame retardant?
A: Yes, we use top grade 100% flame retardant PVC (Polyvinylchloride) material.

Q: Are your trees non-allergenic, I have allergies to certain materials?
A: Yes, they are.

Q: Where should I store my Christmas tree?
A: We suggest a cool dry place.

Q: What if a part breaks and I need a replacement?
A: We have a 5 year warranty on all trees and pre-lits come with a 1 year warranty on the lights.
